Are hidden slides included?
No. Like PowerPoint itself, hidden slides are left out unless you turn on “Include hidden slides”.
Why is a chart missing from the PDF?
Charts are not supported yet. In PowerPoint, copy the chart and paste it as a picture before converting, and it will appear in the PDF as it is.
Are my files safe?
