Terms of use
Warqa is free to use without an account. By using the site you agree to these terms; if you don’t, please don’t use it.
Last updated: 3 October 2026
Your files stay yours
We never receive your files and claim no rights over them or over the results you create. You are responsible for having the right to process the documents you use — for example, removing a password only from files you own or are allowed to open — and for how you use the results. Please don’t use Warqa for anything unlawful.
Check important results
Conversion, text recognition, compression and redaction run automatically and are not always perfect: a converted layout can differ from the original, OCR can misread words, and a document can look different in another program. Keep your originals, and review results before relying on them — especially legal, financial or official documents, and redacted files before you share them.
Provided as is
Warqa is provided free, “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Tools may be changed, added or removed at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, including lost data or incorrect results.
Fair use
Please don’t try to disrupt the site, overload it with automated requests or misuse the anonymous counter.
Names and open-source software
The Warqa name, logo, design and text belong to RELON. The open-source libraries the tools rely on, such as pdf.js, pdf-lib and Tesseract.js, remain under their own licences.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
Who runs Warqa
Warqa is built and run by RELON, an engineering house that designs and builds digital platforms, applied AI and cloud infrastructure.
