About Warqa
Free PDF tools that do their work on your own device — because your documents are nobody else’s business.
Why Warqa exists
Most online PDF tools ask you to upload your file to their servers — a contract, a bank statement, a copy of your ID — just to merge two pages or shrink a scan. Warqa was built on a simple idea: today’s browsers are powerful enough to do this work themselves, so your document never needs to leave your device.
What makes it different
- Privacy you can check: open your browser’s Network tab while a file is processed and you’ll see no upload.
- Free, with no sign-up, no file-size limits and no watermark on your results.
- Works offline: install it as an app and keep using it without internet.
- Arabic-first: built for right-to-left text from day one, so Arabic, Persian and Urdu documents keep the right letters, digits and direction — and the whole site speaks 19 languages.
The name
“Warqa” (ورقة) is Arabic for a sheet of paper — the simplest thing a document can be, and the feeling we want every tool to have: you hold it, it does what you expect, and it stays with you.
How we treat you
No tricks: no countdowns, no nagging pop-ups and nothing that pushes you to sign up or share. After a task we ask one optional question — did it help? — and only invite you to share when the answer is yes.
Whatever the site remembers for you (your recent tools and last settings) stays in your browser, is listed on our privacy page and can be cleared in one tap.
Shaped by what you use
New tools, task pages and languages are added according to what people actually use and ask for. The anonymous 👍/👎 after each task tells us which tools need work.
Who runs Warqa
Warqa is built and run by RELON, an engineering house that designs and builds digital platforms, applied AI and cloud infrastructure.
