Questions from organisations

Does it need the internet?

No. Once installed it runs inside a fully isolated network, text recognition included. The internet is needed only to download the package the first time, which can then be moved into the isolated network.

How do government bodies pay?

Online card purchase opens soon, and the licence key arrives by email automatically. If your organisation buys with purchase orders, any of your approved suppliers can buy the licence online and hand you its key. Until then, start with the free trial.

What happens when the licence expires?

Nothing stops: the tools work, a renewal notice appears, and only updates stop. To renew, use the same licence key on the activation page, then replace license.json only.

Do you keep data about us?

We keep only the organisation’s name, the licence number and its dates, to issue and renew it. Your staff’s files never reach us, and the installed edition never contacts us.

What does the server need?

Any web server that serves static files: Docker, IIS on Windows Server, nginx or Apache. No database and no server-side language.
